Our family had a great experience with Custom Dental, Dr. Gates and their whole team! Everyone was friendly, wanted to take time to get to know us, and had a very unhurried approach so we felt like the only patients in a busy office! They worked with our insurance, made sure we understood our treatment plans and recommendations for us and our kiddos and were absolutely exceptional in their professional and caring environment. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Dentist visits do not get any better than this! Everyone’s super nice and professional - right from Dr. Kasali to the hygienist, to the nurses and the patient coordinator, Dennis. They are all pros and work well together. The office is nice and clean, with water bottles, and they seem to have a lot of modern technology to make the process frictionless for patients from check-in to x-rays to treatment and billing. I have zero hesitation in recommending them!

Exceptional customer service. From the phone call the night prior from Dr. Kasali, to the warm welcome to the office. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic. My children had to be referred out for further work, but they handled my children’s tears and my concerns with such grace. I am thankful for their assistance in caring for my family and helping us find further pediatric-specific care for them. Wonderful practice!
