My job is to make sure the patient has the best possible experience. Whether it's answering calls, greeting patients, or discussing treatment plans and financial options, I strive to do it with professionalism and compassion. I also support the doctors and the rest of the team with whatever they need.
I graduated with a B.S. in Biology and have worked for many years in academic research and the pharmaceutical industry. I really enjoyed working in various laboratory settings and managing teams of researchers and their projects. But my career path changed when my wife and I moved from Oregon to Texas.
My favorite part of my job is knowing I can play a role in immediately positively impacting someone's life. Whether it's helping a patient get relief from a toothache, or assisting a team member get through their busy day as an extra set of hands. I find joy in helping others have a better day.
When I’m not at work, I’m busy chasing after two toddlers who keep life energetic and entertaining. Our days are full of noise, motion, and the occasional mystery mess, but also filled with moments that make it all worthwhile. Parenthood has taught me balance, adaptability, and how to appreciate the small wins—at home and at work.

I have worked in the dental field for about 24 years now. I graduated from Dental Assisting school and started working for a general dentist right after. I love the people I work with at Custom Dental, meeting new people, and developing relationships with the staff and patients.
I enjoy spending time with my son, family, and friends. Since I'm very close with my family, I love having fun with them, including going to the movies, restaurants, and activities around Denton, TX.

I started my dentistry journey in 2010. I have a friend who was in dental school at the time, and I had lost my job. She asked me," Did you consider being a dental assistant for now?" Once I got my certification, I never looked back and love what I do.
At Custom Dental, we are a well-oiled machine, working together as a team and treating each other with respect. I love the atmosphere as Dr. Kasali treats us like family, which flows through us as we strive to make our patients feel like they are family.
I treasure spending time with my family. This year, I am gaining a daughter. So, wedding planning is currently one of my main focuses.
